                       Dove Funeral Slated Sunday
 Funeral services for Emory David Dove, 88 of Tifton, who died today in Tift 
General Hospital, will be held at 3pm Sunday in the chapel of Bowen-Donaldson 
Home for Funerals.
 The Revs. John S. Gibbs Sr. and Wayne Hunt will officiate with burial in 
Oakridge Cemetery.
 Pallbearers will be Ronnie Dove, Gary Dove, Donnie Dove, Ernest Dove, Roger 
Hill, and Ray Salter.
 Born April 18, 1894 in Royston, Mr. Dove, a retired carpenter, was a son of 
the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Dove. He was a member of Vickers Baptist Church, the 
widower of Annie Webb Dove, and had lived in Tift County since 1900.
 The body will lie in state at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
 Survivors include three sons, J. T. Dove, Roy Dove, and James Dove, all of 
Tifton;  a half brother, Bill Dove of Warner Robins; a half sister, Mrs. Clem 
Daniels of Thomaston; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
 Two brothers, one sister, and one grandson preceded him in death.
