Ayres Lynn's will is recorded Fayette County, Will Book 7, p270 reads as
follows: 
To all to whom it may concern be it known by this instument of
writing that I Ayers Lynn a farmer and resident of Jefferson township,
Fayette County and stae of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and good health
do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament: First at my
death I do hereby will and bequeath to my wife Susan Lynn all my property
boath Real and personal that I may be possessed of at the time of my
decease to have and to hold for her own use during her natural life and at
the decease of my wife Susan Lynn: the household goods consisting of all
goods and chattles used in and about the house for housekeeping are to be
equally divided between my three children, namely Daniel Lynn, Samuel Lynn
and Sarah Lynn intered married with Josiah Brewer.
Second, and at the decease or as soon after as convenient of my wife Susan
Lynn I will and bequeath that all my real estate shall and is hereby given
to my son Daniel Lynn and I do farther direct that for and in consideration
of the above named bequest to my son Daniel Lynn that he shall pay or cause
to be paid to my son Samuel Lynn the sum of three hundred dollars in yearly
installments to say one hundred dollars in one year after the death of my
wife Susan Lynn and then one hundred dollars a year until the whole amount
is paid and my son Daniel Lynn is to pay interest on the sum of one hundred
dollars of the above from the time of my wife's decease until all is paid.
Allso my son Daniel is to pay or cause to be paid to my daughter Sarah
Brewer the sume of two hundred and twenty five dollars; she the said Sarah
Brewer having already received seventy five dollars the said amount of two
hundred and twenty five is to be paid in three equal annual payments that
is to say seventy-five dollars in one year after the decease of my wife
Susan Lynn and seventy-five dollars a year thereafter until all is paid and
he my son Daniel Lynn is to pay interest on the last payment from t he time
of the decease of my wife Susan Lynn until all is paid.
And I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Daniel Lynn my executor and
do desire that he settle up my estate. Signed sealed and delivered this
26th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
