OF FAYETTE COUNTY,
UNIONTOWN, PA.

        Know -- men by these presents that I Malinda Harden being of sound mind
and memory do make and publish this last will and testament hereby revoking
all ------ --- -- ----- anytime heretofore made.
        First my will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my
executor herein after named and as to my personal estate give and bequeath to
my son Henry to have and to hold downwards the maintaining and keeping of
my son John.  I also give, devise, and bequeath to my son Henry one
hundred and twelve perches of land off the eastern part of my land to be
surveyed starting at a point in the line of my land designated designated as
follows.  beginning S 20  E 18.5 and at a distance form the eastern end of
said line sufficient to give all the buildings as situated on the one hundred and
twelve perches hereby bequeathed to my son Henry.  To have and to hold to
himself and his heirs and assigns forever and to maintain and care for my son
John during his natural life and the remaining one acre of land of which may
-- seized to give and bequeath to my daughters Sarah Tate and Augusta
Sprowl to be equal and divided between the by my executors hereinafter
named. by having it surveyed.  My daughter Sarah Tate to have the upper
end. and Augusta Sprowl to have the lower end.  I further direct that my
daughters sarah Tate and Augusta Sprowl are to have and to occupy the
land I bequeath to them during their natural lives and at their death to go
and among their children.
        Lastly I do nominate and appoint my son Henry Harden to be the executor
of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I Malinda Harden
hereunto set my hand and seal this the 15th day of April 1895.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the
27th day of June, A.D. 1895
before me, Wm H Binns Register
for the Probate of Wills and granting letters of
Administration, in and for said County, came


and M.S. Franks subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of Writing,
purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Malinda Harden, deceased, who,
being duly sworn, according to law, did each depose and say that they were
personally present, and saw the said Malinda Harden sign and seal by making
her mark the foregoing instrument of writing, and heard her declare the same to
be her last Will and Testament, when of sound and disposing mind and memory,
to the best of their belief.  That they signed their names as Witnesses thereto by
request of the said Testa ---- in her presence, and in the presence of each other.
That they know of no undue influence being used in making said will ------ Will
made

        Now June 27th 1895, the testimony of the above witnesses being adjudged
sufficient, I do hereby admit the foregoing Will to Probate and order the same to
be recorded as such.
        Given under my Hand, at Uniontown, the above date.

        Before me, WILLIAM H. BINNS, Register for the Probate of Wills and
granting Letters of Adminstration, in and for the said County, came Henry
Harden who being qualified says that as Malinda Harden late of George
Township deceased, you will well and truly administer the goods and chattels,
rights and ------ of --- ------ according to law and also will diligently and
faithfully regard, and well and truly comoply with the provisions of the late
relating to collateral inheritances.  That said Testa ____ died on the 6th day of
June A.D. 1895.
