MARY HAGERTY/HAGARTY: Registered May 28, 1845

In the name of God, Amen.  I MARY HAGARTY of Franklin Township, County of
Fayette and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being advanced in years, but of
sound mind and memory, thanks be to God, do make and publish this my last
will and testament, in manner and form following.  First: I will and
bequeath to my son WILLIAM HAGARTY/HAGERTY twenty-three dollars and
thirty-three cents.  Secondly:  I will and bequeath to my daughter SARAH
WASTECOAT all wearing apparel and one washing tub.  Third: I will and
bequeath to my grandson JOHNSTON DUNSMORE one bed tick and spider.  Fourth:
 My will is that all my personal property not willed be sold at my decease,
and the money bequeathed to WILLIAM HAGARTY made out of the same and if
there should be any remainder, my will is that it be equally divided
between my sons WILLIAM & SAMUEL HAGARTY/HAGERTY, my daughter SARAH
WESTCOAT/WASTECOAT and my grandson WILLIAM JOBS.  Fifth:  I will and
bequeath to my son SAMUEL HAGARTY/HAGERTY all my interest in the real
estate owned by him and me, and my said son SAMUEL is hereby bound to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses, and lastly I do hereby nominate and
appoint said son SAMUEL HAGARTY, executor to this my last will and
testament, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the
fifth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six.  Signed, sealed
and declared by the above named MARY HAGARTY to be her last will and
testament in presence of : DAVID HAZEN, ABRAHAM HAZEN, JOSEPH GHRIST.  ...
