In the Name of God, Amen.  I, Hugh Cunningham, of Fayette County in the
State of Pennsylvania being  advanced in age and weak in Body but of sound
mind, memory and understanding - blessed be God for the same do make and
publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following to wit.
Principally and first of all I commend my soul to God and my Body to the
Earth
to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the discretion of my
Executors herein after named, and as to such worldly estate wherewith it
hath
pleased God to bless me in this life I give and dispose of the same in the
following manner to wit. I give and  bequeath unto my daughter, Anna Haney
one dollar. Item I give and bequeath unto my daugher Martha Evans one
dollar. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter, Susannah Harden one dollar.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter  Sarah Cunningham one dollar. Item
I give and bequeath unto my Daughter, Mary McWilliams one dollar and unto my
son James Cunningham I give and bequeath all my right interest title
property and Claim in and unto the undivided moiety or half part of three
acres and three fourths of an acre of land situate in Pennsfield Township in
Lancaster County and which was sold to me by John Millar Esquire  high
Sheriff of the County of Lancaster. Also all my right title interest
property and claim in and unto four hundred acres of land situate in
Washington, Allegany or Bevers Countys, also all my right Title interest
property claim and demand in and unto two thousand acres of land situate of
the waters of Salt Creek in the State of Ohio unto him the said James
Cunningham, his heirs and assigns forever.  And I also give unto the same
James my two horses.  And as to the residue of estate Real Personal and
mixed of every kind that I am possessed of I do bequeath the same with the
remainder and revertion thereof unto my son, James Cunningham aforesaid to
the Executors of this my will hereby revoking all other wills legacies and
bequests by me heretofore made.  And declaring this and no other to be my
last will and testament - In witness whereof I the said Hugh Cunningham have
hereunto set my hand and seal the third day of May one thousand eight
hundred and sixteen.

Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Testator as his
last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his
request have subscribed as witnesses.

On the 15th day of April Anno Domini 1819 personally appeared before me the
Subscriber Deputy Register for the Probate of wills and granting Letters of
Administration Sarah Cunningham and James Willson, Esq. the two signing
witnesses to the foregoing last will and Testament and on their solemn
attestations did declare Respectively that they saw the testator sign the
foregoing or his last will and Testament and heard him acknowledge the same
as and for his last will and where of right mind and memory and that they
knew of no undue influence used to induce him to make said will Contrary to
his own inclination and that they knew of no later will made by Deceased.
In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal of said Office at
Union Town the day and year aforesaid.
