 Charles Maluda, 80, of Naylor died January 1, 2013, at Lakeland Villa 
Convalescent Center in Lakeland following a lengthy illness.
 He was born November 18, 1932, in Berrien County to the late Albert John and 
Ester Walker Maluda. He was in the automobile business as a car dealer and a 
member of Unity United Methodist Church In Lanier County. He is preceded in 
death by his wife, Myrtice Hendley Maluda, two sons, Charles Keith Maluda, Jr., 
and Alan Gregory Maluda, three brothers, Emmett Maluda, Tyson Maluda, and Leroy 
Maluda and two sisters, Evelyn Maluda and Mildred Winchester.
 Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-laws, Sharon and Jerry 
Saffioti of Orlando, FL, Christine and James Benton of Naylor, and Denise 
Maluda of Valdosta; two sons and daughters-in-law, Victor and Jennifer Maluda 
of Montgomery, AL and Rodney and Janet Maluda of Valdosta; grandchildren, 
Talarie and John Hayes of Madison, Magan Harris of Tallahassee, FL, Addam 
Benton and Austin Benton of Naylor, Kate Maluda of Beauford, SC, Paige Maluda 
of Montgomery; great-grandchildren, Braiden Lamont and Natalie Hayes; sister, 
Lillian Powell of Maitland, FL: brother and sister-in-law, Sherwood and Willie 
Maluda of Nashsville.
 Funeral services were held January 5, at 11 a.m. at Unity United Methodist 
Church.
 Interment followed at Fender Cemetery in Lanier County.
 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
