T. A. DAVIS, OF VALDOSTA, DIES ON BUSINESS TRIP.

Valdosta, Ga., March 14-
A telephone message to his family here late this afternoon announced the death 
of T. A. Davis, of this city, at Naylor, Ga., where he went on business today.  
It is understood that his death was caused by an attack of acute indigestion.
Mr. Davis was one of the officials of the A. S. Pendleton company, of Valdosta, 
in which he had been a stock holder and actively identified for many years.  He 
leaves a wife and five children.  His children are T. A. Davis, Jr., of Albany; 
Mrs. George Shelton, of Valdosta, and Mamie, Ruth, Montin and Wiley Davis.  His 
funeral will occur here probably on Wednesday.  The deceased was a progressive 
business man and enjoyed wide popularity with the merchants and buyers 
throughout this section of the state.
