OCILLA  William Walter "Bill"  Dent Jr., 72, of Ocilla, died Sunday,  January  
1,  2006. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Ocilla United 
Methodist Church, with burial   to   follow   in   Ocilla Cemetery. The family 
will receive friends  at the  funeral  home Tuesday from 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
