Edwards, Diane GLENVILLE Diane Faux Edwards, 46, of Glenville, died peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, September 21, 2004 after a long battle with cancer. Born in Piscataway, N.J., she was a 1980 honors graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor of arts degree in English. She was raised in Blue Bell, Pa. and was a copy editor for the Judson Press in Valley Forge, Pa. prior to her 1981 marriage to her husband, John Edwards. Along with her husband, she was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Rexford and active with women's bible studies there. Diane was a tireless advocate for her children and an inspiration to her many friends who admired her quiet servants heart. Diane was an amateur genealogist, enjoying researching her Pa. roots, as well as an avid gardener, naturalist and birdwatcher. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Gregory and Kyle of Glenville; her parents, Wayne and Nancy Faux of Drums, Pa.; her brother, Jerry Faux of Cape Coral, Fla.; her brother, Mark Faux of Sellersville, Pa.; her sister, Lauren Miller of Drums; numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, September 26 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, corner of Bradt and Glenridge Roads in Rexford, and a memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 27, also at Faith Baptist, to be followed by a graveside burial service in Sweetman Cemetery on Sweetman Road, Charlton.
