Alma Lee Fussell

 The funeral service for Alma Lee Fussell of Wray, who died Wednesday, 
September 18, 1996 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, was 
held Saturday, September 21. She was 86.
 Rev. Carroll McMillan officiated at graveside in Spring
Hill Cemetery in Irwin county at 2:00 p.m.
 The deceased was born May 18, 1910 in Coffee county to
Henry and Hettie Burns Fussell. A retired first grade
teacher and member of Alapaha United Methodist Church, Miss Fussell had 
lived in Alapaha most of her life except for the last four years she 
lived with
her cousin, Edna Harper in Wray.
 She is survived by six halfbrothers: Wallace Fussell and Roscoe 
Fussell, both of Douglas,Clyde Fussell of Jacksonville,FL, Leonard 
Fussell of Jesup,Henry Fussell, Jr.,of Ft. Pierce,FL, and Jeff Fussell 
of Vero Beach, FL; five half-sisters:Tishie Harper and Allowee 
Vickers,both of Ft. Pierce,Margret Prinkey of Monroe, LA,Emma Lee Pope 
and Cora Lee Veal, both of Douglas.
 Paulk Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
