The funeral service of Burch Hargrave, 61, who died thursday, was conducted 
today at the First United Methodist Church.  Internment followed in the Oak 
Cemetery.
A native of Thomasville, Mr. hargrave had lived in bainbridge 35 years.  He was 
the senior partner of Credit Bureau of Bainbridge Inc., and a member of the 
Associated Credit Bureaus of America and the Bainbridge Country Club.  A 
veteran of World War II, Mr. hargrave was a member of American legion Post 2, a 
past member of the Bainbridge Lions Club, Bainbridge Elks Club and Bainbridge 
Moose Lodge.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
survivors include his wife, Jane Jackson Hargrave, Bainbridge, a daughter, 
Sally Hargrave, Bainbridge; three sons, Andy Hargrave, Gainesville, Fla., and 
Wesley Hargrave and Bob Hargrave, both of Atlanta; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth 
McClenny, Valdosta, Miss Clara Hargrave, Thomasville and Mrs. Mary Maxwell, 
Bradenton, Fla., and a granddaughter.
Cox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
