Adam James Means Dixon, 15, Greencastle, died Friday, January 30, 2009, at 
Hershey Medical Center. 
He was born July 22, 1993, in Gainesville, Ga., the son of Joe and Pam (Means) 
Dixon. 
He was a ninth-grade student at Greencastle High School. He was active in the 
Real Youth Group in Greencastle. 
He is survived by his parents, Joe and Pam Dixon of Greencastle; one sister, 
Paige; one brother, Cole; his maternal grandparents: Jim and Susan Means of 
Gaines-ville, Ga.; and his paternal grandmother, Margaret Dixon of Cleveland, 
Ga.; his aunts and uncles: Chris and Cindy Shewbert of Flowery Branch, Ga.; Sam 
and Linda Dixon of Cleveland, Ga.; and Frances Dixon of Gainesville, Ga.; and 
his cousins: Emily and Lindsey Shewbert, Scott Black, Maggie Dixon and Mark 
Dixon. 
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clyde Dixon and two 
cousins, Sara Holt and Matt Dixon 
A memorial service was held 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 2, 2009, at Antrim 
Brethren in Christ Church, Chambersburg. 
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sara Holt Scholarship Fund, Trevecca 
Nazarene University, 333 Murfreesboro Rd., Nashville, TN 37210. 
Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Homes, 322 North Second Street, McConnellsburg, was in
