Daniel M. Woodruff

In the Name of God: Amen.

    I, Daniel Woodruff of the City of Bridgeton, County of Cumberland and State of New Jersey
    being of sound mind, memory and understanding for which blessings I thank God, do make and
    publish this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say:

    It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and
    satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.

    I do authorize and direct my executors hereinafter named to make sale of all my property
    real and personal (save the articles which I shall specify) soon after my death, either at
    public or private sale as their discretion shall dictate; excepting however the PARVIN
    estate in Deerfield Township unless my interest therein shall bring two thousand dollars as
    it will bring that sum after the death of the widow, Mrs. PARVIN.

    I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife ADELINE in lieu of her right of dower in my real
    estate and waiving her right to the two hundred dollar act. the sum of one dollar per week
    for the period of time which shall elapse from the Thirteenth day of July A.D. Eighteen
    Hundred and Seventy, till two months after my decease.  I also give her my silver watch.

    I give and bequeath unto my sons E. COLLIN WOODRUFF and DANIEL E. WOODRUFF all my clothes
    and wearing apparel.

    In case my estate  shall be more than sufficient to pay my debts and the legacies herein
    before bequeathed then the remainder and residue I give and bequeath unto my children,
    LOUVISA P. PADGETT, E. COLLIN WOODRUFF, DANIEL E. WOODRUFF, RUTH P. WOODRUFF, EDWARD M.
    SHUTE AND JOHN T. HOLMES, in equal portions, share and share alike:

    Lastly I hereby appoint E. COLLIN WOODRUFF and JOHN T. HOLMES above named, executors of
    this my last will and testament and if either of my two executors shall purchase one or
    both of the pieces of my real estate, I do authorize and empower the other to make him a
    full and sufficient deed for it.
