RITES TODAY FOR MRS. W.C. JORDAN
Funeral services for Mrs. W.C. Jordan, 63, beloved woman of Shiloh community, 
will be held at Andrew Chapel Methodist church this afternoon (Friday) at 3 
o'clock with the Rev. Roy J. Bond in charge.  Mrs. Jordan died Thursday 
morning about 6:30 o'clock after an illness of more than a year.  The former 
Miss Pearl Daniel, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John F. Daniel, she had 
lived in Shiloh community all of her life.  She and Mr. Jordan would have 
reached their 46th wedding anniversary in December.  Surviving besides her 
husband, are four daughters, Mrs. David A. Pyle, Baltimore; Mrs. A.Q. Morris, 
Albany; Mrs. C.A. Chambliss, Andersonville, and Miss Grace Jordan, Americus; 
five sons, R.C. Jordan, Washington, D.C.; LeRoy Jordan, Rochelle; R.J. Jordan, 
Cordele; and Howard Jordan, of Sumter county, and 10 grandchildren.  
Pallbearers had not been announced Thursday afternoon.
