In the name of God, Amen.

I Katie Brewer of Orange County and State of
North Carolina being very sick and weak but of Sound
Mind and Memory Blessed be God do make and ordain
this my last will and testament in manner and form
following to Wit.

My will is that all my Just Debts and funeral
charges be first paid and as to the Wourldly estate
that it hath pleased God to bless me with my will
is that the whole of my estate Real and personal
be Equally divided at the Discretion of my Executors
between My four children To Wit Candice, Charlotte
William and Polley to them and their hiers[sic] forever

lastly I do hereby nomenate and appoint my
Trusty and well beloved friends Samuel Carothers
and William Forsythe Executors of this my last
Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills
As witness my hand and seal this 10th of July 1800

The Execution of the foregoing Last Will and Testament of Katy Brewer
Decd. was duly proved in Open Court by the Oaths of James Lloyd &
William Strowd subscribing Witnesses and ordered to be recorded
at the same time the executors therein named qualified accordingly
