In the Name of God Amen, the Twelfth
day of February one thousand Eight Hundred
& Nineteen I Anna Armstrong of the County of
Orange & State of North Carolina being of Sound
& Perfect memory thanks be to God, do make
Ordain & constitute this my last Will & Testament
in manner & form following (vizt) First it is
my Will and I do Order that in the first place
all my Just debts & funeral charges be paid
& Satisfyed; Item I give to my Son In law Isaac
Jackson all my property real & personal (vizt)
all my househould furniture & my Negro woman
Thamer ["& give" x-out]  with all other property that
may Come into my possession. Item I give to
all my Sons & Daughters ten Shillings Each.

I do hereby make and appoint my Son In law
Isaac Jackson Executors[sic] of this my last Will
& Testament and do hereby revoke all former
Wills by me made at any time & Acknowledge
this only to be my last Will & Testament In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
& Seal this day & year first above written

The Execution of the foregoing last Will & testament of Anna
Armstrong was duly proved in open Court by the oaths of Robt
& Levi Whitted, two subscribing Witnesses thereto & ordered to be
Recorded ~~                   Test
