In the name of God Amen, I, Michael Wilson of Manchester District Carroll County 
and State of Maryland, Yeoman, being sick and weak of body, but of sound and 
disposing mind, memory and understanding, praised be God for it, considering the 
certainty of death, knowing that my end is fast approaching, therefore to be the 
better prepared to leave this world and to have my worldly affairs settled up, 
when it shall please Almighty God to call me hence do therefore make, publish 
and declare this as my last Will and Testament in manner following to wit... I 
will and bequeath unto my beloved wife ... all my Real Estate that is to say my 
home, during her lifetime ...

It is my will that after my wife's decease my said Executor make public sale ... 
after the same is converted into money I will to my daughter Isadore 
intermarried with William Grimm One hundred dollars and onto my grandson Charles 
L. Loats, fifty dollars, and unto my granddaughter Agnes V. Loats fifty dollars 
and the remainder of the money, I will and bequeath to my daughter Louisa, that 
is to say the interest thereof, and to fulfill this my intention it is my will 
that my wife shall be my said daughter Louisa's Guardian, as long as she may 
live, being she is not competent to manage for herself and after my said wife's 
decease then it is my will that Dr. J. F. B. Weaver shall be my said daughter 
Louisa's Guardian and to place her money on interest to some responsible man and 
use such interest towards her support. And after the death of my said daughter 
Louisa I will and bequeath the same, or such part that may be left over, as 
follows, the one half thereof to my daughter Isadore intermarried with William 
Grimm, should she survive her, and in case she should not be living then to her 
legal heirs and representatives, and the remaining one half I will and bequeath 
to my grandson Charles L. Loats and Agnes V. Loats ... And lastly I nominate, 
institute and appoint my esteemed friend and neighbor Dr. John F. B. Weaver as 
my Executor ... Witness William Leese; George Rinehart; George Rabenstine (his 
mark); J. D. Sterner to Rabenstine Mark. Michael Wilson (his mark)

On the 16th day of June 1885 ... came William Leese, George Rinehart and Georg 
Rabenstine and ... J. Oliver Wadler, Register of Wills William Frizell, William 
T. Smith, Elias Myerly Judges

In the matter of the Estate of Michael Wilson, deceased ... I, John F. B. 
Weaver, Guardian named in the Last Will and Testament of Michael Wilson deceased 
... do hereby renounce and decline to execute the trust as Guardian to Louisa 
Wilson a daughter of said Testator. 23rd October 1894 witness H. B. Burgson
