Hinds County Gazette unknown

  A private letter brings information
that Judge W.W. Porter, son of the
late Col. Porter of this county, will
soon reach Raymond on his way to 
Washington.  Judge Porter Filled with
honor to himself and benefit to the
public, the important position of Judge of
the Supreme Court of Arizona during
Cleveland's former administration.  He
will probably be and applicant for the 
same place under the coming
administration, and no better nor abler man 
can be found for the place.
