Items from the Big School in West Bridgeton.

The mid-year examination at West Jersey Academy are now over. Some of the 
scholars passed with exceptionally fine averages.

Jesse Craig, of this city now studying at the University of Gettysburg, was a 
visitor at the school yesterday.

Manager Walter Bacon will soon call on the track athletes to commence 
training. A good team is expected.

Several students are on the sick list. Among them are Max Applegate, Homer 
Shoemaker, and George Bauer.

Prof. Bicknell's Advanced German class are now studying the story of William 
Tell.

The paperhangers of Sharp Bros. are brightening up several rooms.

Principle P. W. Lyon is attending Presbytery at Lafayette.

The basketball team has a game scheduled with La Salle. This will undoubtedly 
be their hardest game.

The Geometry class has completer solid geometry.

No indoor team will be sent to Philadelphia this year.

The regular meeting of the Eis Dynamin was omitted yesterday on account of the 
examination.
