PHYSICIAN'S STATEMENT:  I attended the deceased from 30 Mar 1926 to 30 Apr 
1926, and last saw her alive on 29 Apr 1926, and death occurred at 6:10 am [or E.10am?].  
Cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage.  Duration: 74c, 25 [?].  Contributory cause: 
paralysis of 7 days' duration.  No operation preceded death, and there was no autopsy.  
Diagnosis was qualified by the following test:  Clinical  starvation [?].  Signed: W. B.
