            LEX-BUTLER

    Pretty Home Wedding Solemnized at
           Home of Bride's Aunt

A pretty home wedding was solemnized
yesterday when Miss May Butler, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. John Butler, became the bride of
Mr. William Barclay Lex, son of Mr. William
Henry Lex. The ceremony, which took place at the
residence of the bride's aunt, Mrs. Eugene R.
Christman, 2301 Delancey place, was performed by
Rev. J. R. L. Nisbett, vicar of Christ Church Chapel,
and was witnessed by only the immediate families.
The bride, who was unattended, was attired in a gown
of Ivory white satin and silver lace, made with a court
tram. Her tulle veil was held in place with orange
blossoms. She carried a bouquet of lilies-of-the-
valley and sweet peas. Upon their return from a wedding
journey, Mr. and Mrs. Lex will reside at 227 Locust street.
