This is to certify, whom it may concern,
  That on Sat. the 20 day of Apr., Anno Domini, 1811
         THOMAS FOXHILL and MARY HAINS
  were lawfully joined in Holy Matrimony, and pronounced 
  Man and Wife, together, according to the Rites of the 
  Protestant Episcopal Church, as Witness my Hand,
                       Jos. Pilmore, D. D.
            Rector of St. Paul's Church in Philadelphia,
  Given in Philadelphia, 20 Apr. 1811
 
Note:Thomas and Mary are my 3d gr grandparents. They lived at
     21 Fitzwater. The Rev. Jos. Pilmore lived at 171 S Fifth.
     The St. Paul's PE Church was/is at 3rd and Walnut sts.
