Notice of Inquisition
Whereas Zacheus Luman, late of Cumberland Valley Township, dec'd., died, seized of
the following Real Estate, viz: One tract of land being the mansion place situate in
said Township of Cumberland Valley, Bedford County, containing about Eighty acres
more or less, adjoining lands of Jacob Wertz, John Frederick's heirs, and others,
leaving a widow Sarah Luman and issue six children, viz: Ann intermarried with David
Dicken, residing in Seneca County, Ohio, Sarah Luman, residing in Bedford County,
John Luman, the petitioner, Moses Luman, residing in Seneca County Ohio, Benjamin
Luman, residing in Seneca County, Ohio, and Eliza, intermarried with William Gillam,
residing in Bedford County.
Notice is therefore hereby given, that in pursuance of a writ of Partition or
Valuation, to me directed, I will proceed to hold an inquisition or Valuation on the
premises on Saturday the 6th day of April next, when and where all interested may
