Notice of Inquisition.
Whereas, William Kerr, late of Harrison Township, Bedford County, died seized of the
following described Real Estate, to wit: Open tract of land containing three hundred
and twelve acres, more or less, adjoining lands of Peter Wertz, Widow Suiters and
others, about one half cleared and under fence, with double log barn and other
buildings thereon erected, situate in said Township.
Leaving a widow, Mary Kerr and eleven heirs, to wit: John Kerr, Catharine, wife of
Lewis Kellerman, died, leaving her husband and three children, to wit: James
Kellerman, Wm. Kellerman, of Bedford County, John Kellerman, of Ohio, Elizabeth,
wife of Jonathan Cessna, of Ohio, who conveyed her share to Mary the widow, William
Jackson Kerr, Joseph Henry Kerr, Amanda, wife of John Riley, Samuel Kerr, Geo. Kerr,
of Bedford County, and Margaret, wife of Peter Funk, residence not known.
Notice is therefore, hereby given, that in pursuance of a writ of Partition or
valuation to me directed, I will proceed to hold an Inquisition or valuation, on
said premises on Tuesday the 24th day of July 1860, when and where all parties
interested may attend if they see proper. WM. S. FLUKE, Sheriff. Sheriff's Office,
