Bedford County ss.
At an Orphans' Court, held at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford, on the 11th
day of February, A. D. 1861, before the Judges of the said Court.
On motion of John Mower, Esq., the Court grant a rule, upon the heirs and legal
representatives of Mrs. Hannah Horton, late of Monroe Township, dec'd., to wit:
David Evans, John who is dead, leaving issue, three children, viz: Lewis, Harvey and
Eliza, intermarried with Ruben O'Neal, Wm., who is dead, leaving issue eight
children, viz: Henry, dec'd., leaving two children, viz: names and residence
unknown, George Washington, William, residing in Iowa, Wilson, residing in Fulton
County, Penn'a., Jane, intermarried with James Barton, Fulton County, Penn'a.,
Harrison, residence not known, Mary Ann, intermarried with Alfrey Conner, residing
in Mercer County, Ohio, and Margaret Elizabeth, residing in Maryland. Evan Evans,
Cadwalder Evans, Philip Evans, dead, leaving three children, viz: Mary Jane,
intermarried with John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Ann Elizabeth, the last two minors
and under fourteen years of age, and a widow Rebecca Evans, and Isaac Earnest, to be
and appear, at an Orphans' Court to be held at Bedford, in and for the County of
Bedford, on the fifth Monday, 29th day of April next, to accept or refuse to take
the real estate, of said dec'd., at the valuation, which has been valued and
appraised, in pursuance to a writ of Partition or Valuation, issued out of our said
Court, and to the Sheriff of said County, directed, or show cause why the same
should not be sold.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand, and the seal of said Court at
