Bedford County, ss.
At an Orphans' Court, held at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford on the 14th
day of February, A. D., 1859, before the judges of the same Court.
On motion of John P. Reed, Esq., the Court grant a rule upon the heirs and legal
representatives of Philip H. Hoover, late of Juniata township, dec'd., to wit:
Catharine, Peggy, Maria, Susanna, Betty, George, Henry, John, William, Philip and
Jacob Hoover, to be and appear at an Orphans' Court to be held at Bedford, in and
for said County, on the first Monday, 2d day of May, next, to accept or refuse to
take the Real Estate of said deceased at the valuation, or show cause why the same
should not be sold by order of the said Court.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto, set my hand and the seal of the said Court at
Bedford, the 22d day of February, A. D. 1859. SAMUEL L. TATE, Clerk. Attest, WM. S.
