Bedford County. ss.
At an Orphans' Court held at Bedford, in and for said County of Bedford, on the 3d
day of May, A. D., 1858, before the Judges of the County.
On motion of O. E. Shannon, Esq., the Court grant upon the heirs and legal
representatives of George Harker, late of Middle Woodberry Township, dec'd., to wit:
The issue of John, Sarah Jane, William Henry, Phoebe Ellen and George Edmund, of
whom Daniel Barley is guardian, Elizabeth Funk dec'd., leaving issue, Louisa,
residing in Cedar County, Iowa, who has for her guardian George B. Holsinger, Jane
Holsinger, wife of Geo. B. Holsinger, all residing in Bedford County, except Louisa
Funk, to be and appear at an Orphans' Court held at Bedford, in and for the County
of Bedford, on the fifth, Monday (30th day) of August, A. D., 1858, to accept or
refuse to take the Real Estate of said dec'd., undisposed of at the valuation, which
has been valued and appraised in pursuance of a writ of partition or valuation
issued out of our said Court, and to the Sheriff of said County directed, or show
cause why the same should not be sold.
In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand, and the seal of said Court, at
Bedford, this 7th day of May, A. D., 1858.
