Estate of Susan BULGER, dec'd, Petition of Guardian to pay se (?)

To the Honorable the Judges of this Orphans Court in and for Bedford County,
Penna,

The petition of Harry E. BULGER respectfully represents that he was recently
appointed by your Honorable Court, Guardian of Emma G., Frederick P, Anna G, and
Benjamin H. BULGER, his brothers and sisters, minor children of Susan BULGER,
late of West Providence Township, in said county, deceased, and that he has
given land in accordance with order of the Court, that the auditors Report on
the Estate of said Susan BULGER, dec'd, has been confirmed absolutely and
recorded in Book of accounts and Reports in O.C.,__, 19, page 248 & c, whereby
the share of each minor is found to be $19.20; that the ___ incurred in there
selection of a guardian and their petition & will reduce the amount due to each
of his said wards to the sum o fifteen dollars; that the said Susan BULGER died
several years ago and left to ___ her husband, William BULGER, and seven
children, including the minors aforenamed; that William BULGER was in very poor
circumstances and for more than a year prior to his death on or about Nov 1,
1901, was unable to contribute scarcely anything to the support and maintenance
of his children, so that they lacked many necessary articles of apparel re se,
for which they had to incur indebtednesses, and depend on friends to pay &c,
that all of said minors have now received ___ where they have a home and are
cared for; that the fund due them is so small that it cannot be invested; that
it would require the entire fund to fray costs and expenses of filing an account
&c, He therefore prays your Honors, that, in view of the small amount due each
ward and their needs as above set forth, permission be given him to pray over
said funds in his hands for the use and benefit and interest of his said wards
of all whom he is the brother. In addition to the above statements this Court
is further informed that the children of said Susan BULGER and William BULGER
both deceased, are making arrangements by which they, including said minors, can
erect a tombstone over the remains of their deceased parents, and are willing
that some portion of the fund devised from their estate should be used for said
commendable purposes. And he will ever pray be
                         Harry E. BULGER
Feb 20, 1901 read and filed and after due considerations the Courts order and
decree that the prayer of the petitioner be granted, and the Guardian within
