Orphan's Court Sale.
THE subscriber will sell at public sale, by virtue of an order of the Orphan's Court
of Bedford Co., on Thursday, the 20th day of December, 1860, on the premises, the
late residence of Henry Bender, dec'd., situate in South Woodberry Township, Bedford
County, consisting of a lot of ground containing one acre, all under cultivation,
adjoining lands of Dr. Burch and Daniel Lingenfelter, having thereon erected a story
and a half log frame house, stable and cooper shop, a well of excellent water at the
door. This is a very desirable property, situated in a pleasant neighborhood,
convenient to churches and schools.
Sale to begin at 10 o'clock A. M., when terms of sale will be made known. At the
same time and place the personal property will he sold, including cooper tools,
