BERRY, William, late Town of West Almond, left will.  To beloved wife Polly
36 acres on lot 6 (boundaries described) including buildings.  Two horses,
two cows, one axe, one hoe, all household furniture, and all provisions of
house and farm during her lifetime and then to heirs.  To son Thomas 50
acres in Town of Birdsall on Lot 11, two cows, and $50 in money.  To son
John 50 acres in Town of Birdsall on Lot 11, one cow, and $50.  To daughter
Rachel a cow and to her son Rosal $20 and to her daughters Lydia, Rosina,
Gelina, Amy, each $25 and to Asahel PALMER, Jr. husband of Rachel.  To
daughter Lydia 35 acres on Lot 4.  To heirs of daughter Anna PORTER 35
acres on lot 6, namely Alanson BERRY, BURDICK (sic), Stephen S. WHEELER and
John Berry.  To daughter Elizabeth 35 acres.  To John and Thomas Berry all
my clothing.  Appoint Lawrence I. DEY sole executor.  Signed 17 October
1839 (his mark), Witnesses:  John J. DAVIDSON, Job SOUTHARD, Joseph I. Dey,
