WILCOX, Nathaniel, Town of Scio, died leaving will.  256 acres for use of
beloved wife and children till youngest child is of age, land being parts
of lots 25, 26, 39, 40 and 75 Township Second, Ranged Second, Morris
Reserve in Town of Scio.  Wife to have sole control of lots until children
come of age as long as she remains single.  If she marries, she to have one
third of property; at her death, heirs to have equal shares in land.  Also
550 acres, parts of lots 4 and 5 in same Township and Range, Morris
Reserve, equally to children as they come of age.  Appoint beloved wife
Maria Wilcox, Seymour Wilcox, and Hulbut Wilcox executors.  Signed 24 July
