RANDOLPH, Micah F., Town of Bolivar, died leaving will.  All debts to be
paid from monies which executors shall have.  Furniture not to be sold but
remain property of wife Anne.  Appraisal to be made of personal estate and
household furniture.  If money insufficient to pay debts and funeral
expenses, enough real estate may be disposed of to cover.  When wife dies,
furniture to go to unmarried daughters share and share alike.  To daughters
Sally, Anne, Eliza, Rachel and Nancy, and son Jonathan rest of personal
estate.  To wife Anne 1/3 part of real estate.  Sons Albert F. Randolph and
John P. Randolph as much as circumstances allow.  To them parental love and
esteem which I feel toward my children equally.  Appoint Albert F. Randolph
and much redeemed (sic) Rev. Walter B. GILLETT executors.  If Albert cannot
serve, then Perry COLE to act in his place, and if Rev. Gillett cannot
serve, Samuel B. Ayers to act in his stead.  Signed Micah F. Randolph, L.S.
