BLANCHARD, Mark, late of Town of Centerville, left will.  After payment of
funeral charges and expenses, to my wife Lydia, in lieu of dower, sole use
of occupancy of real and personal estate until son Joel, an infirm and
decrepit boy, reaches age of 21, to be supported and educated by Lydia out
of estate to fit him for a professional business.  Out of personal property
to daughter of Sally at time of marriage $75 in household furniture and 16
sheep after shearing.  Should any of children become sick or disabled
needing nursing or medical care Lydia to furnish out of estate or either of
them be provided with a place to live or at some mechanical trade.  When
Joel is 21 Lydia to have 1/3 of residue of personal estate and use of 1/3
of real estate during her natural life.  In case Lydia dies before Joel is
of age, executors are to carry out provisions.  To Albert KNIGHT and Joseph
Knight $50 each when they are 21 and two promissory notes for 40 sheep and
lambs, one against Joseph and Isaac MEAD, and other against Barres
Blanchard until Albert and Joseph are of age.  All rest of real and
personal estate to my children, namely Sally, Mark, Joel, Charles and
James, and others born unto me by my wife Lydia equally divided among them.
Appoint Benjamin Blanchard, Samuel CHAPMAN, and Jonathan LYON executors.
