In the name of God, Amen, I, John Beaumont of the town of Rushford in the
County of Allegany and the state of New York being of sound mind and memory,
and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do
therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament, that is to say:

First.-After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and devise to
my wife Susannah Beaumont the use of all my Real and Personal estate of every
name kind and description whatsoever and wheresoever situate to have and to
hold the use and possession of the same for and during the term of her natural
life to be and received by her in lieu of dower.

Second - From and immediately after the decease of my said wife Susannah
Beaumont I give and bequeath to my two sons viz Frank W. Beaumont and Charles
H. Beaumont each the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and I hereby charge
my Real estate with the payment thereof - 

Third and from and immediately after the decease of my said wife Susannah 
Beaumont I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my 
estate both real and personal Subject to the payment of the afore said
legacies of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to each of my sons viz Frank W.
Beaumont and Charles H. Beaumont.

To my four children viz Mary J. Beaumont Frank W. Beaumont Charles H. Beaumont 
and Cora B. Beaumont their heirs and assigns forever. To be equally divided 
between them the said Mary J. Beaumont, Frank W. Beaumont, Charles H. Beaumont 
and Cora B. Beaumont share and share alike. Finally I give and devise all my
Real and personal estate of what nature or kind soever to Frank W. Beaumont
the executor of this my last Will and Testament hereinafter [illegible] and
appointed In Trust for the payment of my just debts and the legacies
hereinafter specified with full power to sell convey and dispose of the same
at public or private sale at such time or times and upon such terms and in
such manner as to him shall seem [meet?]. Provided however that none of my
real estate shall be sold during the life time of my said wife Susannah
Beaumont without her written consent thereto.

[Illegible] I make, constitute and appoint my son Frank W. Beaumont to be the 
[sole?] executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my
[hand] and affixed my seal, this twenty-third day of November, in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five - John Beaumont, L.S.

*All of the information on the bottom of the will - witnesses, etc. is
unreadable on the photocopy.
