Record of the Will of Nancy Cline, Deceased

In the name of God Amen.

I Nancy Cline being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty
of this frail and transitory live do therefore make, ordain, publish and
declare this to be my last Will and Testament that is to say:

First after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath
to Hiram C. M. Cline all of the land on the lot of five acres that I bought of
Seth Baker, on Lot 54 Angelica, Lying South of the Land that I deeded to the
said Hiram C. M. Cline and running South to the center of the path that leads
from my dwelling house to the highway supposed to contain about one fourth of
an acre of Land more or less.

Second, I give and bequeath to the said Hiram CM Cline all of the Land that I
deeded to him on the first day of February 1876.

Third, I give and bequeath to Charles M. Cline a set of drag teeth that he now
has in his possession and a scoop shovel that he now has.

Fourth, I give and bequeath unto my son Milo G. Cline nine rods square of land
in the North East corner of the farm on which I now reside being a part of the
five acres that I bought of Seth Baker also one five pail iron kettle now in
his possession.

Fifth, I give and bequeath unto my dear daughter Julia A. Graham one old
French bed-stead, one cherry full leaf table, one goose feather bed in new
tick, one dark brown chest and one five pail brass kettle.

Sixth I give and bequeath unto Anna Rustery all of my house hold furniture and
all of my personal property of every nature including all assets of every
nature and in case I should survive the said Anna Rustay I give and bequeath
to her son Clarence Orio the same and all of the property that this gives to
the said Anna Rustay.

Likewise, I make, appoint and constitute Samson Cline of Amity to be executor
of this my will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Nancy cline in our
presence and acknowledged by her to each of us, and she at the same time
declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last Will and Testament
and we at her request have signed our names as witnesses hereto in her
presence, and in the presence of each other and written apposite our names own
respective places of residence
