BUTLER, James, late of Town of Hume.  John M. Butler and Harvey Butler,
minors over age 14, have no guardian and are entitled to real and personal
estate.  Ask that Hiram B. Stone be appointed guardian.  So ordered.  26
September 1855.

FLINT, Joseph, late of Town of Amity.  Polly SMITH, minor 18 years of age
on 20 November last, has no guardian and is entitled to real estate, asks
that William H. Smith be appointed.  So ordered 12 November 1855.

ALLEN, John, late of Town of Cazenovia, Madison Co.  Andrew J. Allen, minor
age 18 on 16 November instant, no resident of Almond, has no guardian and
asks that William Whitney be appointed.  So ordered.  19 November 1855.

ALLEN, John, late of Town of Cazenovia, Madison Co.  Lucian F. Allen, age
12 on 9 April instant, now resident of Almond, has no guardian and asks
that William Whitney be appointed.  So ordered.  19 November 1855.

DOOLITTLE, Samuel, late of State of Pennsylvania.  William Doolittle, minor
age 15 on 1 June, has no guardian and asks that Joseph G. CROSBY be
appointed.  So ordered.  29 December 1855.

PELTON, Samuel, Jr., late of Town of Centerville.  Polly C. Pelton minor
age 14 on 2 December last, asks that Timothy HIGGINS be appointed.  So
ordered.  5 May 1856.

PITT, John, late of Town of Allen. Ralph S. Pitt, minor age 20 on 26
September, now resident of Granger, has no guardian and is entitled to real
and personal property.  Wm. M. NORSTRAND appointed.  3 June 1856.

PALMER, Charles A., minor residing in Town of Almond, age 20 on 8 July 1857
has no guardian and asks that Charles LONEE/LOREE be appointed.  So
ordered.  26 February 1857.

STRAIT, Matthew, late of Town of New Hudson.  Matthew Strait, minor age 14
on 21 January last, has no guardian and is entitled to real property asks
that Silas S. SEELY be appointed.  So ordered.  7 May 1857.

CHANDLER, David G., minor age 20 on 21 December last, now resident of Hume
has no guardian and is entitled to real and personal estate, asks that
Miles MOFFET be appointed.  So ordered.  13 June 1857.

HYDE, Charles H. minor age 14 on 19 October last, resident of Cuba, has no
guardian and asks that Cullen D. SWIFT of Town of Belfast be appointed.  So
ordered  15 July 1857.

HOPPER, Cornelius, late of Town of Angelica.  Frances E. Hopper, age 16 on
4 November, has no guardian and is entitled to real and personal estate,
asks that (sic) PIERSON, be appointed. So ordered.  22 February 1858.

HAMILTON, John, late of Lawrence District, State of South Carolina.  Philip
Hamilton minor age 15 on 22 March last, has no guardian and asks that
William SCHOLES be appointed So ordered.  12 (sic) February 1858.

ENSIGN, Sterling, late of Town of Wirt.  Mary E. Ensign, minor age 14 on 20
March instant, has no guardian and asks that Stephen GARDNER be appointed.

ARNOLD, James, late of Town of West Almond.  Hector Arnold, minor age 18 on
28 January last, has no guardian and is entitled to real and personal
property and asks that John M. NORTON be appointed.  So ordered.  22 March

SMITH, Watson, late of Town of Mexico, Miami Co., Indiana.   Caroline
Smith, minor age 19 on 22 January last, a resident of Hume has no guardian
and asks that Joseph PAUL be appointed.  So ordered.  22 June 1858.

LUCKEY, Joseph, late of Town of Granger.  George N. Lucky, minor age 17 on
11 March last, asks that Samuel Luckey be appointed his guardian.  So

STOWELL, Lester, late of Cuba.  John P. Stowell, minor age 14 on 16 August
last asks that John T. BURNS, Town of Rushford, be appointed his guardian.

HYDE, Charles T. minor age 15 on 19 October last, resident of Town of Cuba,
