Dunvar, Anne T.            
ALBANY Anne Therese Davis Dunvar, age 72, entered into eternal life Sunday,
September 5, 2004. Born in Albany, she had been employed as a teacher for more
than 22 years, by the Albany City School District. She was a graduate of Miss
Quinn's School, the Academy of the Holy Names, the College of St. Rose, SUNY
at Albany where she received a Masters Degree in both education and
administration. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma. She was a communicant
of the Church of St. Catherine of Siena. Daughter of the late James F. and
Elizabeth A. Nolan Davis. Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Dunvar; loving
mother of Tracy Galante and her husband Nicholas of Montecito, Calif. and
Nancy Lindsay and her husband Joe of Latham; cherished grandmother of
Elizabeth (Peter), Nicholas, Katie, James, Christina, Ali, Ben, Conor and
Kevin; great-grandmother of Gabriel. Funeral services will be held in the
Lasak & Gigliotti Funeral Home, 8 Dudley Heights, Albany (opposite the Philip
Livingston School on Northern Blvd.) Thursday morning at 8:15 and 9 o'clock at
the Church of St. Catherine of Siena. Relatives and friends are respectfully
invited to attend and may also call at the funeral home Wednesday 5 to 8 p.m.
Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. In lieu of flowers and
because of Anne's great devotion to St. Therese, those desiring may send a
remembrance to the Society of the Little Flower, 1313 Frontage Road, Darien,
IL 60561.
