Coshocton Tribune

Georgia A. Farrar, 73, of 527 N. College St., died Wednesday at about 11:45am in
Guernsey county Memorial Hospital, Cambridge, where she had been a patient two
days. Born July 15, 1903 at Adams Mills, she was the daughter of Edward and
Lillian Adams Johns. She was married to Lee R. Van Sickle, who died in 1952. 
She later married Floyd D. Farrar, who died March 13, 1974. She was a member of
St. Paul Lutheran Church. She is survived by two sons, Robert L. Van Sickle of
New Philadelphia and Edward T. Van Sickle of Evergreen Park, Ill., a
step-daughter Jean Farrar of Pensacola, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Gates of
Newcomerstown; four brothers, Harold Johns of West Lafayette, Paul Johns of
Newcomerstown, Curtis Johns of Newcomerstown Route 1, and Mark Johns of
Pleasantville, N.J. and 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral
services will be held Saturday at 11am at the Ourant Funeral Home with the Rev.
William O. Calvert officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Port
Washington.
