Clark, Lee D.         
EAST GREENBUSH Lee D. Clark, 76, peacefully passed away Monday, September 20,
2004 at Albany Veterans Hospital. Mr. Clark was born in Watertown, N.Y. and
was a World War II veteran serving in the Navy. He retired from NCR after 43
wonderful years of being a service district manager in 1989. Lee spent his
last years very actively, dancing at least three times a week with his wife
and spending much time with his family. He was predeceased by his parents, Lee
D. and Helen (LaPatra) Clark. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lillian
B. (Brown) Clark of East Greenbush; two daughters, Candace A. (Calvin) Gnage
of El Campo, Texas, Cheryl A. (Bob) Martel of Voluntown, Conn.; two brothers,
Graydon Clark of Banning, Calif. and Jerry Austin of Watertown. Lee was very
close to his grandchildren, Pamela (Mike) Bailey, Angel (DJ), Kyle and
Kimberly. He always was delighted to have four wonderful great-grandchildren,
Kaylee Nason, Owen Stone, Cody Stone and Trevor Bailey. Although Lee himself
is not with us today, his heart, soul and memories will be with all of us
forever. Friends may call in the funeral home on Thursday from 3-7 p.m.
Funeral and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. The
family has requested that those who wish to remember Lee make contributions to
the Memorial Fund of Community Congregational Church of Clinton Heights, 221
Columbia Tpk., Rensselaer, NY 12144 in his memory.
