Case, Harold G.            
SCHAGHTICOKE Harold G. Case, 79, of Littlebear Road, beloved husband of Elaine
(Graulty) Case, died on Saturday, September 25, 2004 at Albany Memorial
Hospital. Born on August 28, 1925 in Ithaca, N.Y., he was the son of the late
Marcius E. and Martha (Crowell) Case. He was a graduate of Albany High School
and Paul Smith's College where he earned his associates degree in hotel and
resort management. Mr. Case was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served
during World War II. A sales professional most of his life, Mr. Case retired
as a salesman from Hudson Pharmaceuticals in N.J. He had previously been
employed by the Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs where he was the sales
manager. Mr. Case enjoyed a long affiliation with the Van Schaick Island
Country Club as well as with the Shriners and Masons. Devoted father of
Timothy H. Tim Case and his wife Susan of Cohoes and Patricia E. Tricia Case
of Winter Haven, Fla.; cherished grandfather of Timothy M., Katherine A. and
Alex J. Bielawa, all of Winter Haven, Fla.; brother of the late Marcius and
William Case; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral service
will be held on Friday morning at 10:00 at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home,
Inc., (corner of 115th Street and Fourth Avenue), Lansingburgh. Relatives and
friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 8
p.m. Interment will be held in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
