hereby making in the contingency aforesaid, said deeds a portion of this my Last

interest joined in the execution of the deeds before mentioned so as to give to

in the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey upon my life
for the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000) and do hereby direct my said
executors hereinafter named to collect and pay over as soon as collected to my
said wife the money which will be due upon said policy after my decease and do
hereby direct my said executors to pay to my said wife out of my personal estate
the further sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000) to be paid six months after my
decease.

and chain, diamond pin and Library.

Fourth: The rest and remainder of my estate after the payment of the legacies
and bequests aforesaid, of my funeral expenses and debts I give and bequeath to
my said children Henry S. Redfield, M. Estella and Ernestine, share and share
alike.

Fifth: I hereby constitute and appoint my son Henry S. Redfield and my son in
law Horace C. French executors of this my last Will and Testament to serve
however without commissions or fees charging only actual expenses incurred in the
settlement of my estate.
