In the name of God Amen. I Mathias Fisher of the township of Ligonier in
Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania. Being of advanced age, but
of sound mind memory and understanding and knowing the uncertainty of the
this life do make and publish this my last will and testament in  and form
as follows Viz: I do order and allow that my body be buried in a decent
becoming and Christian like manner and that after my decease all my just
debts be paid as soon as the situation of my affairs  will admit. And as to
what property it has pleased the Almighty to bestow upon me in this world I
do order and allow that it be disposed of as follows. I give and bequeath
to my son Abel Fisher his heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns all
my right title, interest, property and claim of in and to the plantation or
tract of land whereon I now reside being the undivided one-half of two
hundred and eighty two acres. I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Fisher
the sum of one hundred payable by my son Abel within one year of my decease
which shall be in full of his claim. I give and bequeath to my daughter
Rachel Fisher all of my personal property of whatever kind it may be. I
give and bequeath to my son John Fisher the sum of five dollars. And also
to my daughter Mary Stewart the sum of five dollars which shall be in full
of their respective claims. And I do nominate and appoint my said son Abel
Fisher Executor of this my last will hereby revoking all former wills by me
made. In testimony whereof I have hereunto let my hand this seventh day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty
three. Mathias Fisher.

The above will signed by Mathias Fisher as his last will and testament in
our presence and we being now in the  presence of each other:   Saml
Austraw, Davis Boucher, John Clark. Legally proved and approved the 27th
day of February 1834 by two of the subscribing witnesses. Same day Recorded
and Letter Testamentary issued Exc. Affirmed by  A. Johnston Reg.
