Rev. James Bk 1 p 120 Minister of Gospel
WIFE Hannah; son John Evans Finley & his son James, land at head of Elk; son Samuel;
son Robert Finley to have land on Dunlop's Creek, adjoining Ebenezer's mill dam &
Capt. John Moor's mansion house; son Ebenezer & his son James; dau Margaret w/o John
Power & their son James Power; dau Hannah w/o John Robinson & their son James
Robinson; son Joseph Finley to have land purchased of Benj. Fell; son William Finley
son Michael Finley to have land purchased of Benj. Sweet & Dorsey Pentcoast; land on
which meeting house of Rehoboth & graveyard stands to be under care of John Wright,
John Power, John Robinson, Thomas s/o Peter Patterson & sons William & Joseph Finley
or Elders of said congregation, for use of the Congregation forever; two negro girls
Nan & Bet Jr., & negro boys Toby & Plato Jr., be set at liberty upon plan I freed
their parents, and other slaves; to educate young men for ministry of the Gospel at
Cannonsburg;
