  as it is appointed once for all men to die I know not how Soon it may be my 
  lot and this is my will: to leave my property to my family as follows both 
  real and personal. To my wife Susanah one share. To Amey one equal share, to 
  beckah one equal share, to Joseph two shears of Real  and one of personal, to 
  Rachel one equal share with the girls, Betty the fourth girl one equal share 
  with the other girls, and Ester the fifth girl one equal share with the other 
  girls, and to Benjamin the youngest son two shares of Real and one share of 
  Personal, and if any one of these heirs should die without any Issue then 
  their shares or share  to be equally divided with the others, and all my lands 
  and movable property to be divided as here described, and I do make and put my 
  son Joseph Budd and son-in-law William Welch, my Executors, which I put my 
  confidence in September 24th In the year of one thousand eight hundred and 
  seven. Westmoreland County in Pennsylvania, October 23, 1813 Joseph Budd, 
  James Beatty  Proven Before me on the 23rd day of May 1826 and letters issued 
  to Executors.
