of sound memory and understanding, thanks be to God for the same, do make and
publish this, my last will and testament in the following manner: First of all, I
commend my mortal soul to God, who gave it, and my body to the dust, to be buried
in a sober and Christian like manner at the will of my executor And as such worldly
estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this lifetime, I give and
dispose in the following manner It is my will that all my just debts be paid, and I
do bequeath to Jane Deen, my sister's daughter, the sorrel filly and saddle, and
cow and calf, and two sheep. And it is my will that all my property be sold after
my decease, and all the monies arising therefrom and otherwise, I bequeath to my
well beloved wife, Martha, for her support, and if there is any remains after her
decease, I bequeath to Jane Deen And I bequeath all my body cloths to Samuel Beaty
And I Nominate, constitute and appoint James Long to be the executor of this, my

testament in the presence of us, and now in his presence, and by his request,
