She was the widow of J. C. F. Jackson who preceded her in death February 5, 1933. Mrs. Jackson was born April 7, 1868, in Wayne township, and had lived most of her life in the vicinity of Wampum. She belonged to the Wampum Presbyterian church and the Wampum W.C.T.U. Survivors include five children, Mrs. Christina Marshall, Wampum; Orlo Jackson, McKeesport; John Jackson, Beaver Falls; George and Robert Jackson, both of big Beaver township. She also leaves two brothers, W. H. Steffler, Wurtemburg, and C. A. Steffler, Vanport; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Mary Duff, and a son, Oscar L. Jackson, preceded her in death. The body has been removed to the Marshall funeral home, Wampum, where funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with the Rev. H. E. Woods of Transfer officiating. Interment will take place in Valley View cemetery, Mahoningtown. Friends may call at the funeral home at any time. Additional Comments: Originally submitted Nov 1999.
