New Castle News, September 26, 1925
Andrew Joseph Fehrenbach aged 62 years of 107 South 
Mulberry street, engineer at the Shenango mill, American 
Sheet and Tim Plate Co., for 35 years, dropped dead this 
morning at 4:30 while at work at his engine. Mr. 
Fehrenbach's death is supposed to have been the result of a 
heart attack although he had never been known to have had 
any previous attacks of this nature. He left home last 
evening to work from midnight until 8 this morning and 
seemed to be in the best of health. His sudden death comes 
as a great shock to his family and many friends in this 
city. 

He was born in Pittsburgh October 11, 1863, a son of Andrew 
and Jacobina F. Fehrenbach. Besides his widow, Mrs. Mary E. 
(A.) Brinkly (Brinkley) Fehrenbach, he leaves the following 
children: Francis J., Mrs. Lee (Leo) Cavender, Lawrence A., 
Mrs. Ralph Flynn, Dorothy and Raymond all of this city. He 
also leaves six sisters Mrs. Louisa Williamson of New 
Wilmington, Mrs. Catherine Heller of Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. 
Charles Tschippent, Mrs. Louis Schneider and Mrs. Anna 
Rosche all of Pittsburgh and Sister M. Gabriel, Order of 
Divine Providence, Pittsburgh and two brothers Albert of 
this city and Joseph of Struthers, O. 

Funeral services will take place Monday morning at 9 o'clock 
from St. Joseph's church of which he was a member. Burial 
will be made in St. Joseph's cemetery.
