 #1250 Will of Christopher Wolfe dec'd (fees paid)

 In the name of God amen. I Christopher Wolfe yeoman being advanced in age
but in Common health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory
Thanks be to the giver of all good for the same do make this my last will and
testament in manner and form as follows to wit I commend my soul to God who
gave it and my body to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my
Executors hereinafter mentioned And as for such worldly Estate as I possess I
dispose of the same as follows

 Item 1st I will that all my debts be paid out of my personal estate

 Item 2nd I will that my wife Elisabeth have a comfortable support at the
Expense of my Estate as long as she remains my widow with liberty of
remaining in the house where I now live

 Item 3d I will that at my death all my personal & real Estate be sold and
after my just debts are paid and my wife provided for as above the balance be
divided among all my children in the manner following That each of my sons
have one hundred dollars more than my daughters Except the living son of my
daughter Mary viz. Freeman Decamp he is to have twenty five dollars which is
all that I will to the heirs of my daughter Mary provided however if one of
my sons se fit to take my real Estate at what it may be appraised at after my
death and make payment to the rest of the heirs above stated he or they are at
liberty as to do by giving such security as my Executors will take N. B. The
part of my estate that falls to my daughter Phoebe I will that it paid to her
as she may need it in the opinion of my Executors and if she personally shall
never need it I will that it be paid to her children and no one else.

 I charge my son John Wolf with one hundred Dollars paid him to be accounted
in his part & Luther my son one hundred Dollars as above and my son George
one hundred Dollars as above and Clarissa my Daughter fifty as above

 Lastly I hearby ordain & appoint George Wolf and Luther day the Executors of
this my last Will and testament and hereby revoking all will by me heretofor
made

 In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 12th day of

 Before me W. W. Sayers Register for the Probate of Wills and granting
Letters of Administration in & for said County this day came Daniel Day and
Daniel Davis the two subscribing Witnesses to the within instrument of
writing who after bring duly sworn according to law dispose & say that they
were present and saw & heard Christopher Wolfe the within named Testator
sign, seal publish pronounce and declare the within & foregoing to be his
last Will and testament That they signed their names thereto as Witnesses at
his request and in his presence & in presense of each other; That the said
Testator was at the time of so doing of sound and disposing mind memory and
understanding to the best of their knowledge abservation and beliefs.

Wolf, Christopher Dec'd settled ac.
And now, Oct 7, 1857, George F. Wolfe and Luther Day Esqr's., Executors of
the last Will & Testament of Christopher Wolfe Dec'd., present for
confirmation and allowance, an account of their administration upon Estate of
said deceased by which it appears there is a balance in the hands of
accountants of Twenty nine hundred and forty-eight and 53/100 Dollars.  Same
day account confirmed by the Court.  No. 22 of this September Term 1857.

 And now, June 24, 1858, George F. Wolf one of the Executors files the
following receipts of the heirs and ex.

Receipt of William Lindley guardian of the minor children of John Wolf dated
April 11, 1847, for Thirty Dollars $30.00
Also Receipt of same dated April 14, 1848 for Thirty six Dollars $36.  Also
receipt of same dated April 25, 1850, for Forty two Dollars $42.  Also
receipt of Ezra Wolf dated April 14, 1848, for Twelve Dollars $12.00.  Also
receipt of same dated April 25, 1850 for Fifteen Dollars $15.  Also receipt
of same dated November 2nd, 1853 for fifteen Dollars $15.  Also receipt of
same dated July 15, 1857, for Fourteen Dollars and eighty three cents
$14.83.  Also receipt of Harvey H. Wolf for Twelve Dollars $12, dated April
14, 1848.  Also receipt of same dated April 26, 1849, for Ten Dollars $10. 
Also receipt of same dated May 24th, 1850, for Fourteen Dollars $14.  Also
receipt of Samuel McVey, Guardian of the minor children of Harvey H. Wolf
Dec'd who was one of the heirs of the said Christopher Wolf Deceased for
Twenty seven Dollars and sixty four cents Balance in Full $27.64.  Also
receipt of James McFarland husband Mehala Wolf one of the heirs of
Christopher Wolf Dec'd., dated April 14, 1858, for Twelve Dollars in part of
his wife's share $12.  Also receipt of same dated April 26, 1849, for Ten
Dollars, $10.  Also receipt of same dated Aug. 26, 1850 for Fifteen Dollars
$15.  Also receipt Mehala McFarland formerly Mehala Wolf dated February 2,
1854 for Twenty six Dollars and fifty six cents $26.56 in full of her share
of the estate of said deceased.  Also receipt of William C. Wolf dated April
14, 1848, for Twelve Dollars $12.  Also receipt of same dated May 24, 1850,
for Fourteen Dollars $14.  Also receipt of Sayers and Rinehart dated Aug 12,
1854, for Fifteen Dollars and fifteen cents money paid them for Wm. C.
Wolf.  Also receipt of the same Wm. C. Wolfe dated Apr 3, 1854, for Ten
Dollars and thirty five cents in full of his share to said estate.

Also receipt of Christopher A. Wolf dated February 17, 1857, for Thirty three
Dollars in full of his share as heir to said estate.  Also receipt of George
F. Wolf Jr. dated Oct. 12, 1855 for Twenty seven Dollars and sixty four cents
$27.64 in full of his share as heir to said estate.  Also receipt of Mary Wolf
Dated February 2, 1854, for Twenty eight Dollars and fourteen cents $28.14 in
full of her share as heir to said Estate.  Also receipt of Sarah Clutter
formerly Sarah Wolf dated April 12, 1849, for Ninety Dollars in part of her
share $90.  Also receipt of same dated April 22, 1849 for Sixty six Dollars
in part of her share $66.  Also receipt of same Dated April 12, 1850, for
Eighty Dollars in part of her share to said Estate $80.  Also receipt of same
dated August 10, 1850, for twenty dollars $20.  Also receipt of same dated
September 22, 1851, for Eighty Dollars $80.  Also receipt of same dated
November 1st, 1852, for Forty Dollars $40.  Also receipt of same dated July
17, 1857 for Five Dollars and seventy five cents, balance in full of her
fathers estate $5.75.  Also a statement from Daniel Wolf who acknowledging to
have received in Sundry articles of property of his father Christopher Wolf
Dec'd., amounting in value to Ninety Dollars and fifty cents which he is
willing to stand as receipt for that amount of his share of the Estate
$90.50.  Also receipt of same dated May 19, 1849, for Seventy Dollars $70, on
his share to said estate.  Also another receipt of Daniel Wolf dated July
1850, for One hundred Dollars on his share to said Estate $100.  Also receipt
of same dated April 21, 1851, for Fifty Dollars $50. on his share.  Also
receipt of same, "Pose tum" Luther dated August 16, 1852, for Fifty Dollars
$50.  Also receipt of Luther Wolf dated April 11, 1849 for one hundred and
thirty five Dollars toward his share to said estate $135.  Also receipt of
same April 10, 1849, for Thirty seven dollars and ninety cents $37.90 in part
of his share.  Also receipt of same Dated April 17, 1850 for Seventy five
Dollars toward his share $75.  Also receipt of same dated August 3, 1850, for
Twenty five Dollars $25.  Also receipt of same dated Nov. 15, 1852, for Sixty
five Dollars $65. in part of his share.  Also receipt of A. J. Wolf dated May
7, 1847, for Fifty Dollars that was paid him by his father in his lifetime. 
Also receipt of same dated April 11, 1848, for One hundred and thirty five
Dollars on his share $135.  Also receipt of same dated October 25, 1855, for
Two hundered and fifty seven Dollars and fourteen cents in full of his share
to the estate $257.14.  also receipt of John Parkinson dated April 10, 1847
and for Seventy Dollars $70. and one for Thirty seven Dollars and ten cents
$37.10 Towards the share of his wife Clarissa Parkinson formerly Clarissa
Wolf.  Also receipt of the said Clarissa Parkinson dated October 25, 1855,
for Two hundred and eighty nine Dollars and sixty four cents in full of my
share to my fathers Estate $269.64.

Also receipt of Freeman H. Decamp son of Mary Decamp formerly Mary wolf who
was heir at law to said Estate dated April 22, 1848 for Twenty five Dollars
it being in full of what was willed to me by said deceased $25.00
