Will of James Williamson

The last will and testament of James Williamson of Dunkard Township Greene
 County, State of Pennsylvania considering the uncertainty of this mortal life
 and being of sound mind and memory blessed be almighty God for the same do make
 and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that
 is to say First I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth one third of the neat
 proceeds of the plantation whereon I now live and the farm whereon James
 Williamson Junr. lives and also the farm whereon John Able now lives formerly
 belonging to Jeremiah Long but now belonging to me, during her natural life.
  Second   I give and bequeath to my son Hugh Williamson the farm whereon I now
 live, known as the Garrison farm and he the said Hugh Williamson, shall pay the
 sum of one thousand dollars to my estate in four annual payments of two hundred
 and fifty dollars each the first payment to be paid one year after my decease.
  Third   I give and bequeath to my son James Williamson Junr. the farm whereon
 he now lives together with the three acres of land and the allowance bought by
 Jeremiah Long of Morgan Jones which shall be apart of the aforesaid possession
 during his natural life, but shall at no time be liable for the payment of his
 debts and after his death the farm to be sold and the money to be equally
 divided between his lawful heirs.  Fourth the farm whereon John Abel now lives
 formerly owned by Jeremiah Long shall be sold in six months after my decease
 and the money to be equally divided between my four daughters to wit Jane
 Forster, Sarah Russel, Mary Able and Rachel Hart or their legal heirs as
 touching the residue and remainder of all money received or got for my personal
 estate which must or shall be sold by my executors herein after named and to be
 divided between my four daughters equally viz: Jane Forster, Sarah Russel, Mary
 Able and Rachel Hart or their legal heirs but my will is further that Jane
 Forster one of my daughters shall not at any time receive the money given her
 by virtue or in persuance of my will but only to receive the interest yearly
 during her natural life and after her decease the money to be divided equally
 among her legal heirs and the said Mary Abel one of my daughters not to receive
 the principal but only the interest yearly and after her decease the money to
 be equally divided between her legal heirs and my daughter Sarah Russel not to
 receive the principal but only the interest yearly during her natural life and
 after her decease the money to be equally divided between her legal heirs but
 my other daughter Rachel Hart to receive the money given to her in pursuance of
 my will whenever it is collected.  And lastly I nominate, constitute and
 appoint William Hart and Hugh Williamson to be the executors of this my will
 hereby revoking all other wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made
 and declaring this and  no other to be my last will and testament.

 set my hand and seal the twelfth day of September in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine.
