  Will of Susanna Rinehart   May 9, 1852
  
  I, Susanna Rinehart, Wife of John Rinehart of Franklin Township, Greene
  County, Pa, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
  1st.  My Will is that as soon after my decease as my beloved husband shall
  deem best I direct my farm in Wayne Township of Greene Co, Pa, adjoining
  lands of John Granlee, Gideon Driver,  Christian Strawn. and others to be
  sold by my executor and what monies I have coming to me from my son Morgan
  and others to be collected and divided in the following manner (viz);
  I give  bequeath and direct my executor to pay to my daughter, Elenor
  Rinehart the sum of  fifty dollars.  2nd.  I give bequeath and direct my
  executorm to pay to my duaghter Dorcas Rinehart the sum of fifty dollars.
  3rd,  I give bequeath and direct my executor to pay to my daughter Susanna
  Rinehart the sum of fifty dollars.  4th. I give bequeath and direct my
  executor to pay to my grandson, George Rinehart  Urshcarver (sic) the sum of
  twenty-five dollars.  5th. As to the residue or remainder of  the procees
  (sic) of said Sale and monies & C I direct that it shall be equally divided
  Share and Share alike between my sons Morgan Rinehart, Uriah Rinehart, &
  Peter Rinehart and my seven daughters daughters (to wit) Ruth Clark, Elinor
  Rinehart, Elvina Renner, Lettus Gwynn,  Dorcas Rinehart, Susanna Rinehart,
  and Rhoda Ann Burell.  I will and bequeath to Hannah Adams the sum of five
  dollars to be paid by my executor out of my estate before item 5th or the
  distribution of the remainder of my estate as as mentioned in Item 5.  Lastly
  I appoint my son,  Uriah Rinehart,  my executor of this my last Will and
  Testament.  In testimony of the foregoing I have set my hand and affixed my
  seal this 9th day of May, A.D. 1852.

  Personally appeared before me Absalom Hedge, Register for the probate of
  Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County Arthur
  Rinehart and Joseph Ankrom, the subscibing witnesses to the foregoing will
  who, after being duly and severally sworn according to law deposeth and saith
  that they signed the foregoing Will as subscibing Witnesses at the request
  and in the presence of the Testatrix and in the presence of each other and
  that they saw Testatrix make her mark to the same and at the time of so doing
  she was of sound mind and disposing  memory to the best of their knowledge,
  observation and belief and also that they herd Testatrix pronounce publish
  and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament.
